AgraFlora Organics Begin SR&ED Trials in Winnipeg

AgraFlora Organics will produce premium cannabis edible products in its 51,000 square foot R&D lab in Winnipeg, Manitoba, having recently obtained its CRA tax licence. Products will include hard candy, gummies and sugar-free edibles.

The Winnipeg facility is a fully automated facility with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment for improved dosing accuracy and increased consumer safety.

Founder James Fletcher said that “”As part of the R&D program, we have begun a testing project with Agilent to improve testing standards, methods, and ensure consistent quality. Our efficient and highly automated R&D production allows us to provide a variety of sample products for our prospective clients to try for their established brands.”

AgraFlora’s products are based on a large library of proprietary genetics. Their 2,200,000 square foot greenhouse in Delta, BC, is expecting its first harvest in Q4 2020 and will yield up to 44 different strains.
